Las Vegas resort fees, parking rates, and room inventory change often, and they can vary by property, season, and even by the day you book. We'd rather tell you exactly how confident we are in a number than print a false-precision figure and let you find out it's wrong at the front desk.
We're in the process of moving every property in the Hotel Field Guide from Estimated to individually Verified figures, one resort at a time. Pages that already carry a specific, per-property write-up (dining outlets, pool details, and so on, not a repeated general description) reflect data we've already confirmed directly. Pages that still show a category-typical estimate are labeled as such, and we're working through the rest of the directory. If a page's numbers look identical to several other properties nearby, that's your signal it's still an estimate pending verification, not a confirmed rate for that specific resort.
When we verify a property, we check its own resort-fee and parking disclosure pages, cross-reference a live reservation quote, and note the date. For properties we haven't verified yet, an estimate is built from the property's published fee tier and category-typical rates for its corridor, so it's a reasonable planning figure — not a substitute for the number you'll see at checkout.
Rates change, and we don't catch every update the moment it happens. If you spot a figure that's out of date or incorrect, let us know and we'll get it corrected.
