Cannabis essentials

Nevada permits adult-use cannabis for people 21 and older under state law, but the visitor rules are narrower than many travelers expect. Buy only from a state-licensed retailer and check that the state cannabis-establishment and business licenses are posted.

A dispensary is not a lounge. Buying from a licensed store does not make the sidewalk, parking lot, casino, hotel room, or rental car a legal place to consume.

Planet 13's licensed adult-use retail store is at 2548 W. Desert Inn Road, near the north/center Strip corridor.
The flagship promotes in-store shopping, curbside pickup, delivery, and entertainment-style attractions. Confirm the exact service and time before traveling — advertised 24/7 service and actual ordering/delivery windows can differ.
DAZED! is the separately licensed consumption lounge at the same address — one of three state-listed Las Vegas lounges as of July 1, 2026. Check admission, reservation, menu, last-call, and product-use rules directly.
Delivery is not a workaround for property rules. Confirm the delivery zone, minimum, payment method, ID procedure, cutoff time, and whether your hotel accepts the delivery before ordering.

Safer purchase and use

Use the official state license list rather than accepting claims from an unlicensed Strip storefront. Hemp-derived cannabinoid products are not the same as a Nevada-regulated dispensary purchase.
Ask staff about labeled serving size and onset; begin with a low amount and wait before taking more. Don't mix cannabis with driving, and use extra caution with alcohol or medications.
Keep products in original child-resistant packaging and secured away from children and pets. Don't leave products behind in a hotel room, rideshare, or rental vehicle.
