A tower-centered casino hotel at the north edge of the resort corridor. Best for observation experiences, thrill rides, budget stays between Strip and Downtown. Key advantages: major views and a location useful for splitting Downtown and Strip plans. Watch for surrounding walks require more judgment than core resort zones.

Use this property strategically

• Build the first day around Arts District approaches, SAHARA, Downtown route; do not spend arrival afternoon crossing the entire Valley.
• Transportation plan: use rideshare or transit after dark unless the exact walking route is known and comfortable.
